Largest Commercial Transaction
Awarded to a commercial agent participating in a transaction involving the largest single dollar amount transaction during the contest year.
Most Unique Commercial Transaction
Recognizes a REALTOR® member involved in a real estate transaction which was: difficult or complex; took an unusually long time to close; required creative use or re-use of a property; had a major problem(s) to overcome; caused a chain reaction of events; and/or could be considered "unique". 2017 Application
Rookie of the Year
Recognizes a commercial agent who has worked in the field of Commercial/Investment real estate for less than 36 months.
1031 Exchange Transaction
Recognizes commercial agents for their involvement in a 1031 Exchange which involves selling a property and reinvesting the proceeds in like-kind property thereby providing significant tax advantages to real estate investors. 2017 Application
Most Co-Op Commercial Transactions
Awarded to a commercial agent with the highest number of cooperating transactions with an outside brokerage during the contest year. 2017 Application
Erika Blumenstein Memorial Award
This award is bestowed upon a REALTOR® member based on their business experience and conduct. Award applicants should have significant involvement in their community as well as their local, state and national REALTOR® organizations. The 2016 Erika Blumenstein Memorial Award recipient is Mike Tabor.
